This is a program that will take you to the center of attraction, relaxation and excitement where you have all the chances to spot the “BIG FIVE” that is the Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Buffalo. Enjoy visits to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, “Jewel in the crown of Kenya’s tourism industry” is known for its big wildlife concentration all the year round, the Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards and Buffalo and not forgetting the Big Cats. You’ll then see the Flamingos in L. Nakuru National Park, home for the endangered species such as White Rhino, Rothschild Giraffe and the Columbus monkeys. Enjoy visits to the great lakes in the Great Rift Valley such as L.Naivasha (Hell’s gate) National Park; enjoy beautiful sights of the lake and the flora and fauna around.

TRAVEL PLAN
Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara Game Reserve
On Arrival, you will be met and welcomed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our guide, after briefing, depart Nairobi and drive along the floor the Rift Valley before mounting its western rim into Maasai land. Red-clad, with spears always on hand, Masai warriors tend their herds of cattle among the wildlife, commendably unmoved by the presence of large predators. Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara Game Reserve
Take an extensive game drive into the reserve covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia and hazy forested hills and river line bush where the Mara River and its tributaries meander, Masai Mara is considered by many to be Kenya’s finest game reserve, the 1510 sq Kms of this reserve adjoin Tanzania’s well-known Serengeti, forming one eco-system. The open rolling Savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topis, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to September, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas, a full day game drive with picnic lunch at the hippo pool on the banks of the Mara River where the crossing of the Gnus [wildebeests] takes place while the killer crocodiles await. Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – L. Naivasha (Hell’s gate) National Park
On this early morning after breakfast, Depart Masai Mara for Lake Naivasha, the second biggest fresh water lake in the Rift Valley. Arriving at your lodge in time for lunch, in the afternoon you have a visit to the famous Hell’s gate national park. This park is famous for its natural steaming geysers and a haven for birdwatchers. The walking/ hiking give one sense of freedom, open space and a clear view of wildlife. The cliffs are breeding grounds for vultures, Verreaux’s eagles, Augur buzzards and thousands of swifts. Over 120 species have been recorded here, or enjoy a refreshing boat cruise on the lake. This area is famous for its bird life – a breeding ground for pelicans, fish eagles, cormorants and more, proceed to the crescent island where you will have a whole afternoon guided walk safari within the many animals of the plains, it is one of the few places in all Africa where you can wander on foot among herds of zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes (No predators no fences). Day 4: Lake Naivasha (Hell’s gate) National Park – Lake Nakuru National Park
Break early in the morning after breakfast proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for a mid-morning game drive. Check in at the Lodge in time for lunch. This is a shallow soda lake hosting thousands of pink flamingoes, a number of other birds. [Another ornithological paradise]. This is another lake in the rift valley and a bird watchers paradise; it has over 460 recorded bird species and home to many species of game found in the park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game, enjoy an afternoon gamedrive. Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park -Nairobi
After an early morning pre- breakfast game drive exploring different areas of this park, this is to capture the early morning actions, return to the Lodge for breakfast, check out after breakfast and depart for Nairobi.
Situated on the southern shores of Lake Naivasha, second largest of the only two fresh water lakes in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, Naivasha Sopa Lodge is an impressive property with a dramatic backdrop.
The lake is a stage for some magnificent storms and was named Nai Pasha (rough water) by the Masai tribes. An ornithologists paradise, the lake is home to 400 species of wonderful birdlife and an abudance of fish and water life.
The surrounding landscape is host to a variety of game including giraffe, buffalo, the elusive black faced colobus monkey and, in the lake itself to many hippos that can also be seen grazing within the lodge grounds.
The safari costs will include:
