ABOUT
This safari will run for 19-days, owing to the fact that we have included Lake Naivasha and Sweetwaters Game Reserve. At Lake Naivasha, you will take a boat, watching the many birds on the lake and hippos. You will also have the rare experience of a walking safari at Crescent Island, one of the few places in the world where one can walk freely amidst wild animals – there are no predators.
Sweetwaters (private) Game Reserve is also an attraction especially because of the chimpanzee sanctuary within the reserve, the only one of its kind in the country. There is also the tame rhino named Morani, an information centre and an optional night game drive (at an extra cost, as they are not available in the government owned game parks).
This safari combines both Kenyan and Tanzanian parks, and transportation is by both road and air (some sectors), and will take you to Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru National Park, Mt. Kenya, Sweetwaters Game Reserve, Samburu National Reserve ,Maasai Mara Game Reserve as well as Amboseli National Park. In Tanzania, the safari features Lake Manyara, Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks.
