The 9-day safari will feature the Amboseli Nat. Park, a scenic and breathe taking destination with Mt. Kilimanjaro on your door step. Enjoy a visit to Masai Mara, “Jewel in the crown of Kenya’s tourism industry” is known for its big wildlife concentration all the year round, the Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards and Buffaloes and not forgetting the Big Cats. And finally to L. Nakuru National Park; In addition to the bird population of flamingos that carpet the lake, the Park has a fair share of wildlife including the endangered species such as black rhinos, Rothschild Giraffe and the Columbus monkeys. . This is a slow pace but a Safari full of fun in wildlife viewing and relaxation.
On Arrival, you will be received at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our guide, for briefing before being transferred to the Hotel Which is ideally situated within the city centre for overnight stay in preparation for the start of the Safari.

Day 1: Nairobi-Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, you will be driven to Wilson airport for a flight to the Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park has a prolific population of elephants. You’ll arrive in the park for the mid-morning game drive, check in at the Lodge in time for lunch, An afternoon game drive follows. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Sentrim Tented Camp. Day 2 & 3: Full day at Amboseli National Park
Full day in Amboseli with game drives at 0630 hrs and 1600 hrs. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya’s most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli. Day 4: Amboseli National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, take a flight to Nairobi at 8.30 am. Arrive at 9.15 am. On arrival, check-in for flight to Masai Mara Game Reserve at 10 a.m. Arrive at 11am. Transfer to the lodge/camp. Lunch and afternoon game drive follows. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Sentrim Tented Camp. Meal plan {FB}.
Day 5: Full day at Masai Mara Game Reserve
Take an extensive game drive into the reserve covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia and hazy forested hills and river-line bush where the Mara River and its tributaries meander, a full day game drive with picnic lunch at the hippo pool on the banks of the Mara River where the crossing of the Gnus [wildebeests] takes place while the killer crocodiles awaits.
Masai Mara is considered by many to be Kenya’s finest game reserve, the 1510 sq Kms of this reserve adjoin Tanzania’s well-known Serengeti, forming one eco-system. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topis, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to September, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas. Dinner and Overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Day 6: Another day in Masai Mara Game Reserve
Take an early morning game drive before breakfast. Balloon safaris can be arranged. Later, enjoy a sumptuous bush breakfast with champagne served as the sun warms the plains! After breakfast, you can relax by the pool. After lunch, go for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp. Meal plan {FB}.
Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
An early morning pre breakfast game-drive then depart Masai Mara after breakfast and drive past the Loita plains to the floor of the Rift Valley and into Lake Nakuru Nat park, “Ornithological paradise” Arrive Lake Nakuru National Park in the evening, check in at your Lodge/Camp for dinner and overnight. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds in the lake. Also many species of game found in the park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game. Day 8: Full day at Lake Nakuru National Park
Breakfast at the lodge/camp, early morning and afternoon game drives. Lake Nakuru is a very shallow strongly alkaline lake 62 km2 in extent. It is set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland next to Nakuru town. The lake catchment is bounded by Menengai crater to the north, the Bahati hills to the north east, the lion hill ranges to the east, eburu crater to the south and the Mau escarpment to the west. Three major rivers, the Njoro, Makalia and Enderit drain into the lake, Flamingo (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds including a variety of terrestrial birds numbering about 450 species in total. Mammals: 56 different species including white rhinos, View-points: Lion hill, Baboon cliff and Out of Africa, Hills: Enasoit, Honeymoon, Lion hill ridge etc. Waterfalls: Makalia Falls. Unique vegetation: About 550 different plant species including the unique and biggest euphorbia forest in Africa, Picturesque landscape and yellow acacia woodlands. Day 9: Leisurely drive back to Nairobi
After early morning pre breakfast game drive, return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and say good bye to your hosts as you depart for Nairobi at 11am via the breath taking sites of Lake Elementaita, the Great Rift valley, Mt. Suswa, Mt. Margaret and the beautiful Kikuyu escarpments. Arrive in the afternoon. On arrival, transfer to the airport for flight home.
