BVS K 024: 3 Days Flying Safari


This is a short flying safari package featuring Maasai Mara Game Reserve, “Jewel in the crown of Kenya’s tourism industry” is known for its big wildlife concentration all the year round, the Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards and Buffalos and not forgetting the Big Cats., undoubtedly the richest game reserve in Kenya. The Reserve not only offers you the opportunity to view abundant game but also the endless golden savannah. Accommodation will be at the luxurious Sarova Mara Tented Camp.

In case of emergency, We provide 24/7 Flying Doctors emergency evacuation to the nearest hospital. Our departures are daily, subject to minimum 2 persons booking.


Day 1: Nairobi -Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel for a transfer to the Wilson airport for the scheduled flight departing for Mara, one of the finest Places to see all the animals of Africa in a very picturesque setting. Arrive at approximately 1100hrs. Met by our driver guide and transfer to the lodge with a short game enroute as you check in the camp for lunch at 0100 pm. A spectacular scene to be seen at least once in a lifetime is the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest from the bordering Serengeti, not forgetting the predators that move along with them. Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

Take an extensive game drive into the reserve covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia and hazy forested hills and reverine bush where the Mara River and its tributaries meander,
Maasai Mara is considered by many to be Kenya’s finest game reserve, the 1510 sq Kms of this reserve adjoin Tanzania’s well-known Serengeti, forming one eco-system. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topis, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi.

A pre-breakfast game drive, return in the lodge for breakfast, check out at 10.00am and with a short game drive enroute to the air strip to catch the noon flight to Nairobi.

Mara Sarova Game Camp is a combination of luxury and adventure, it invites you to experience the thrills and excitement of the world famous Masai Mara. The location of the camp is an ideal spot to capture the true essence of the wild and experience breathtaking views of great wildlife species including the “Big Five”. Mara Sarova Game Camp offers the unique opportunity of experiencing a tented safari with a difference: 75 luxurious tents are set amidst lush extensive gardens. All tents come with permanent floors and include a private WC and shower with hot and cold running water and electricity. There is a restaurant and two bars, one with a fire place and verandah while the second by the the luxurious free form pool. Evening entertainment at the Mara Sarova Camp includes enjoyable traditional dances by the Masai Morans and a perfect end to a perfect day; a night-cap by a roaring log fire in the heart of the African bush. It also boasts of an extensive collection of exotic birds and butterflies that have taken up residence in its lush surroundings.
